Watson.  Mr. Watson has more than 40 years of experience in real estate law and has been an independent agent of Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG) since 1985.  Founded in 1964, ATG is the oldest bar-related title insurance company of its kind in Illinois.  It has been assigned a Financial Stability Rating of A' (A Prime), Unsurpassed from Demotech, Inc., an independent financial analysis firm.
